Students from Career Point College gathered at the Norris Conference Center in San Antonio on Friday with family and friends as they prepared to walk the stage. Smiling faces, cheers and excitement filled the room as graduates walked-in and prepared to receive their diplomas.
The August 29 graduation set a new record for Career Point College San Antonio as the biggest graduating class for the college. Over 90 students walked the stage at Friday’s ceremony, and 108 students became graduates of Career Point College. Students from the business, cosmetology, medical, nursing, and technology programs received their diplomas, associate degrees and bachelor degrees.
“We are very happy to be here today to celebrate this great accomplishment of your educational journey,” said Randy Bullis, Director of Regulatory Affairs. “We’re excited to see what the future holds for each one of you.”
Graduates were joined by family, friends, faculty and staff of Career Point College, and guest speaker Mayor Ivy Taylor.
